I went to Ashiana Indian restaurant with a Karl, Leanne, Amanda, Greg, Sandy, David, Pete, Donna, and Mark last night. We debated about whether we should share a banquet, but we ended up ordering individually. As I usually do at good Indian places that I'm visiting for the first time (or in this case, when I haven't visited for about 15 years) I ordered Chicken Vindaloo. It was pretty darn good, and confirmed my opinion that this place is probably the best Indian restaurant in Manly.

I didn't think I was going to make it in time to dinner, as we had a Chinese Fire Drill at about 4:15 pm at work, and I got out of there really late. I got to the pub next to the restaurant where we were meeting with just enough time to sit down and try and relax with a couple of beers before we went next door to eat. But in the end, it turned out to be a great night.

We were still going at midnight :-)
