My stance on web page accessibility is that of course it is a desirable goal for web page authors to aim for. And of course governments are now legislating to ensure that pages are constructed in such a way that does not discriminate against people with disabilities. However, as the W3C have yet to issue a formal standard that enables pages to be checked by a parser (like, for example, the existing validation service at w3c.org) I will not be displaying the WAI logo on this site.
Having said that, these pages have been run through Bobby, and as far as I can tell, are WAI-AAA compliant.
Basically, I'm saying my area of expertise is not in designing accessible web pages, and I therefore feel unqualified to determine if the points raised by Bobby concerning my pages would disqualify them from displaying the WAI conformance logo.
If you are disabled and notice a lack of usabilty, please e-mail me and let me know.
